Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services & Estimates
All information and program tiers listed on this website are for informational purposes only. Online or digital estimates are preliminary baselines. Final pricing is subject to an on-site property inspection, property size limits, and system condition. Formal, binding contracts for physical landscaping or construction work will be executed via separate written agreements in accordance with California law and California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) regulations.

Property Access & Client Responsibilities
For any scheduled on-site estimates or membership services, the property owner agrees to grant our team safe access to the designated work areas during standard operating hours. Homeowners are responsible for securing all pets indoors, unlocking necessary gates, and clearing work zones of hazards.

Limitation of Liability
While our team exercises extreme care, we are not liable for accidental damage to unmarked, shallow, or improperly installed underground utilities, invisible pet fencing, low-voltage lighting cables, or private irrigation lines unless their exact locations were clearly marked or communicated in writing prior to our arrival. We are not liable for service delays caused by severe weather, regional water restrictions, or material supply shortages.

Media and Photo Rights
The A2C Team reserves the right to take photos and videos of our workmanship on your property (such as before-and-after landscaping or irrigation projects) for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. No personal information or exact street addresses will ever be revealed alongside these images. If you wish to opt-out of this media clause, please notify us in writing.

Mobile Terms of Service (SMS text messaging)

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from A2C Team at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact our team. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy below for how we handle your personal information.
