Two brothers, one dream.

We’re a family-run business with roots right here in Marin and Petaluma. A2C Construction Inc. was created after brothers David and Francisco Melendez decided to achieve their long-time dream of working together. In doing so, they merged their individual 20+ years of experience: David in landscaping and Francisco in construction.

With a passion for building beautiful spaces that fulfill client’s home and landscaping dreams, we are proud of the 100+ projects we’ve successfully completed. Not only are we committed to delivering on the trust that our clients place in us, we believe that our job is not done until you are 100% satisfied.

David Melendez

David is a professional landscaper and California State Licensed Landscape Contractor. With over 20 years of experience in building trust and beautiful landscapes, David has successfully worked with 50+ satisfied homeowners. 

 

David is always looking to expand his expertise and skillsets and is a certified gardener. Additionally, David holds a QWEL (Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper).

Francisco Melendez

Francisco’s passion for construction began in the early 2000’s. At that time, he worked for well-known landscaping and construction companies in the Bay Area. From this, Francisco developed his expertise and personal flair in all aspects of home construction.

 

Since then, he earned his California State General Contractor License (lic #1060354) and built his first company, Redwood Construction, while also earning his QWEL Certification (Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper).
